Office Organization
I walked into my office today and actually took a good look around….WOW…..what a disaster. So I decided it was time to roll up my sleeves and get back into organizing before September comes. I remember as a student, walking in my professors offices and seeing the disaster offices and then the organized offices. I definitely made assumptions about my profs based on the environment they were working in. If students saw my office as it was this morning, it would have said: disorganized, messy, too busy, scatter brained….NOT OKAY.
After a good two hours, I had things under control. However I always struggle with the best way to keep my current papers in order. I don’t want to file away these because they are a work in progress, and end up forming stacks of lose papers all over my desk. After a little looking around I’ve decided that I need to get myself to Ikea and Staples this weekend. Here are some great buys that I will be picking up to finish the job of creating a more functional space:

I will have to post a picture of the finished space. I refuse to be the absent minded professor any longer.
