Blazer and Shorts?
I found a new show, uh-oh. Watched the entire first season of Hart of Dixie in two weeks. I can’t help myself when it comes to Rachel Bilson. She is my style icon. She is also short. I’m only 5 ft 3, which seems to be a big deal to my students since it is a continuous point of my student evaluations….”although you are short, you are a really good prof”….”you are short but nice”….strange. Like my height has some bearing on my ability to teach or how mean or nice I am. Are short people mean? I haven’t noticed a trend in the height versus niceness factor. Maybe that would be a fun set of data to collect….? But I digress. I love the Doctor meets the small town south story line, and I love her clothes, most of which involve a pair of well tailored shorts and blazer. I am not brave enough to try this yet but I am starting to think I should.
